Hearing Technique

Learn to hear low and slow, train your ears to listen to more than one sound and recognize what each sound belongs to.

Sit in a comfortable position, start the breathing technique, have a paper and a pen ready and start recording the sounds you hear while defining it. You should be able to listen to a minimum of seven sounds at a time, until you achieve listening to the sound of silence.
