We all dream, even animals dream. Dreaming is an inseparable part of our lives and it is multiple nature, our dreams are separated into two categories, the voluntary and the involuntary.
Voluntary dreams are basically driven by consciousness where as involuntary dreams are subconscious. Then we have the vision which roams within the realm of dreaming yet is not like dream in origin since it is usually driven unconsciously.
When we dream we are applying a very sophisticate and advanced communicative system built in our senses, it is unlike any other thing we know or are aware of; there is a lot of neurological activity in dreaming. And by learning and educating ourselves in the art of dreaming we can learn to achieve so much more and accomplish what we need in clearer and better form, and we can live in a more enlightened path of life with farther insight.
And since dreaming is a process of the mind, that involves specific brain wave activities mainly starting from deep beta to theta and delta brain wave level, this means we can learn to improve it and train to manipulate it and put it into a better and more benefiting use to serve our purpose and attain more sustainable prosperity in life.
By now you are probably questioning whether one can actually control this technique by will.
Can we control when to dream and of what we dream?
The answer is yes, and this yes is not a farfetched Hollywood fiction.
Actually, science have researched and discovered that we can practice a measurable control of our dream nature, and that is where the movie Inception gained its inspiration from. Having said that, not only we can control our own dreams but with appropriate technology and know how we may even influence what others dream of and when to dream of it.
Dreaming is recognized as a very efficient method to solving problems and achieving goals, science is taking dreaming more seriously and many scientists are acknowledging its importance in our lives.

In this article we will reveal to our western readers some of the ancient secrets of dream utilization from the Middle East, some divine techniques conveyed to Arabs by the prophet of Islam Muhammad. These simple techniques are highly revered and regards to be very reliable since its been tried, applied and practiced by many in that specific region since then and still is, and this tradition is called Istikhara in Arabic which means consulting (the beyond) for guidance.
It is narrated that Prophet Muhammad encouraged his followers to apply Istikhara prior to any and every single act they wish to embark upon, based upon the intention of attempting to do it.
To the Prophet and his followers they would consult with God, which leads us to define this as an advanced act of divine communication with the creator. He instructed it as follows: He said, “If anyone of you thinks of doing any job he should offer a two Raka’at prayer other than the compulsory ones and say (after the prayer):
Allah! I ask guidance from Your knowledge, And Power from Your Might and I ask for Your great blessings. You are capable and I am not. You know and I do not and You know the unseen. O Allah! If You know that this job is good for my religion and my subsistence and in my Hereafter–(or said: If it is better for my present and later needs)–Then You ordain it for me and make it easy for me to get, And then bless me in it, and if You know that this job is harmful to me In my religion and subsistence and in the Hereafter–(or said: If it is worse for my present and later needs)–Then keep it away from me and let me be away from it. And ordain for me whatever is good for me, And make me satisfied with it). The Prophet added that then the person should name (mention) his need. (Book #21, Hadith #263)
In Arabic; (‘Allahumma inni astakhiruka bi’ilmika, Wa astaqdiruka bi-qudratika, Wa as’alaka min fadlika al-‘azlm Fa-innaka taqdiru Wala aqdiru, Wa ta’lamu Wala a’lamu, Wa anta ‘allamu l-ghuyub. Allahumma, in kunta ta’lam anna hadha-l-amra Khairun li fi dini wa ma’ashi wa’aqibati amri (or ‘ajili amri wa’ajilihi) Faqdirhu wa yas-sirhu li thumma barik li Fihi, Wa in kunta ta’lamu anna hadha-lamra shar-run li fi dini wa ma’ashi wa’aqibati amri (or fi’ajili amri wa ajilihi) Fasrifhu anni was-rifni anhu. Waqdir li al-khaira haithu kana Thumma ardini bihi.’).
It was also advised to wear white and clean clothes and sleep on a white and clean mattress and a whilte bed sheet prior to the Istikhara and it is highly recommended to be fasting for better and quicker results.
To your surprise though so simple and easy it may sound you will learn to discover how efficient this method actually is.
Once you become ready to the Istikhara act make sure you place a white paper and a pen beside you to recount and write down what maybe revealed to you, and trust me you will be communicated with whoever you are and whatever you ask or seek guidance to, I personally focus on the idea and repeat it in my head for a hundred times or more by whispering with a light nodding and nudging forward and backward while I am sitting just before I lie down.

Dreams are of great benefit to mankind and a great advantage to indulge in learning and understanding.
It is a tool and an instrument to communicate with a higher authority from another dimension most probably what is known by the Arabs as the Barzakh which they claim is located in the third sky and of different Space and Time.
